SERVICE CALLS AND MINOR JOBS:
- First 30min: $200 service call mobilization fee + $105/hr/tech
- 30min <: 2hrs minimum
- each service call minimum $50
insurance charge if COI required
Example:
1tech/16min = $200+($105*1)=$305
1tech/36min = $200+($105*2)=$410
1tech/2.5hrs = $200+($105*4)=$620
1tech/5hrs = $200+($105*8)=$1,040
5+hrs of work is billed at full day rate(service call fee+8hrs)
All emergency calls after hours are minimum 4hrs
- all rates are per technician
- standard working hrs are M-F 8AM-5PM
- after hrs 5PM-10PM and Saturday 150%
- Sunday or night work 10PM-8AM is 200%
EMERGENCY CALLS BTW 5PM-7AM & WEEKENDS(when available):
- Emergency calls after hrs have service call charge of $350 +(hourly rate*200%)
- Emergency calls on weekends and nights after 5PM are charged from time of departure
- we don't have stand-by crew pls check for availability
Site survey fee is $250, paid up front
