Prudent Electric Inc. - company policies for employees

 

Employee attendance policy:
All employees are required to clock-in, show-up or sign-in on job site at least 10 minutes prior to start work time.
All employees are required to clock-out, sign-out or leave job site not earlier than 8hrs+1/2hr lunch break. For example, if start time is 9:00AM sign-out time is 5:30PM including lunch break.

We understand Sign-in or Sign-out time might differ based on the building’s rules. Employees are not allowed to leave job site earlier than what building, or contractors work hours rules allow.

 

We reserve the right to fire any emploee who breaks these rules and was previously advised of possible break in employment. 

 

Employee time sheet & expenses policy:

All employees are required to submit their time with job address and hours worked no later than 5PM Friday of worked week.

Payroll goes out Monday afternoon each week or day after Holiday that falls on Monday.

Payroll is delivered by bank transfer and payroll stubs by email.

If employee occurs any out of packet expenses he/she is required to submit this expenses with proof(picture) of the receipt and job for the expense.

We will not reimburse any cash expense that was not approved prior to the purchase.

All expenses received before 5PM will be reimbursed same day with Zelle Quickpay. You are required to have this method of payment setup with your bank and provide us with the phone number or email for the transfer.

All payroll & expense communication must be emailed to accounting@prudentnyc.com
