Adapters(mud rings)
Use appropriate adapters so the set back is no more than 1/4" of the finish surface
If the installation ends up deeper than allowed 1/4" set back use grounding tail and "switch box extenders" http://www.aifittings.com/catalog/miscellaneous/box-extenders/

Outlets or plugmold maximum 20" above the counter top
Any countertop space longer than 12" needs outlet
Panels
All breakers must be same type as the panel or approved for that panel
